Need a gift for a special baby or a baby shower? Our store carries a multitude of gifts for a new baby or an expecting mother. Many of our items can be a unique baby gift and several other items can come personalized. But, with so many gifts and presents to choose from, how do you start looking for that perfect baby gift? Even if you don’t know if the baby will be a girl or boy, many of our gifts are for both baby girls and boys. Baby toys are the first route to go – especially if an infant has already taken a likening to certain toys. Many of our baby gifts include stuffed animals in a variety of shapes and colors. Or, maybe the baby likes his or her crib books especially? A hard book with vivid pictures and words may be the next step. If the infant is already transitioning into a toddler, many of our toys, such as rocking horses and other animals, as well as cloth toys, pedal cars, dress ups, and the puppet theater are new additions to introducing imaginative play. For the artistic child, we carry many child-size easels and beginning art supply kits for drawing and painting. Children also like toys that make noises, and our store carries many musical toys, like a small drum set and xylophone for toddlers and young children to be introduced to music and basic musical sounds. If the baby still has yet to come, baby shower gifts can be something practical to help the expecting parents get ready for the new baby. Some essential items that make great baby shower gifts include baby blankets, changing pads, dining sets, hooded towels, various clothing like tees and onesies, a step stool, diaper bags, wipes cases, burb cloths and bibs, and time out chairs. Some of these items, such as the time out chair and step stool are hand painted with lively pastel designs that will make a unique addition to a baby’s room. A baby’s room may also need some decoration, and some of the gifts we carry will brighten up any room of a baby girl or boy. Some of these include piggy banks, tea sets, table and chair sets, hand print tins, and rocking chairs. Some of these items, such as the tea sets and piggy banks, are hand painted, as well. For the first year, parents will be taking many pictures of their new baby and, instead of keeping the photographs in a camera or in an envelope, a memory book or scrapbook would be a decorative place for all of the pictures. Our store has many sets for this purpose, like baby books, to tell a story with baby pictures; birth story books; memory boxes and boards; and general photo albums and picture frames. For a unique or personalized gift for the parents or baby, some of our gifts can be considered novelty presents. If parents have always been fans of rock music, like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, our store has onesies and t-shirts with many familiar rock patterns for the new baby of music-loving parents.
